Program Overview
We find and train people through open calls. Selection is through open calls and public auditions regardless of career history, and those selected receive field-specific mentoring before taking part on overseas stages. The first season begins with modeling, fashion, and beauty, with the September 18 public audition in Seoul as the first selection.
Fields of Development
- Modeling — Selected through public audition and put on overseas runways.
- Fashion Design — We discover designers for the Paris collections. Regardless of domestic career history, new designers are selected each season.
- Beauty · Hair · Makeup — We discover art directors and talent who complete K-beauty on stage.
- Acting — We discover actors to appear in events and video content.
- Music — We discover musicians for stage and video music.
- Art · Exhibition Design — We discover artists and designers who create stages and exhibition spaces.
Detailed programs and support methods by field will be finalized after the Association is founded.
Eligibility
- Creators in modeling, fashion design, beauty (hair and makeup), acting, music, and art (exhibition design)
- From university students to working creators — regardless of domestic career history
Process
- STEP 1Open Call & Public Audition
We announce open calls by field and hold public auditions. The standard is not career history, but a path to the global stage
- STEP 2Selection
We select by field and notify results individually. New selections are made each season
- STEP 3Mentoring
Selected talent receives field-specific mentoring and practical training for going abroad
- STEP 4Overseas Stage
Selected talent takes the overseas stage, and the process is documented in video and photos, leading into Association membership
